POLICE are appealing for young females who have been sexually assaulted in the Narre Warren and Pakenham areas to come forward as part of an investigation into child pornography.
Narre Warren police last week charged a 30-year-old Pakenham man with 12 offences, including sexual penetration of a child under 16 and making and possessing child pornography.
The alleged offences date as far back as 2004.
Police say they seized a computer containing images of child pornography downloaded from the internet.
