Man is critical

A man has been found with life-threatening injuries near a shopping centre in Berwick.
Passersby found the man with serious head injuries lying on the road in Beldale Court just after 10pm on 15 October.
Paramedics stabilised the man’s condition. He was taken by road ambulance to The Alfred hospital in a critical condition.
The man was believed to be aged in his twenties and to be of Indian sub-continental appearance, police say.
He was wearing a burgundy, blue and white shirt with burgundy tracksuit pants and without shoes.
Police have yet to identify the man, and have appealed for witnesses.
