POLICE arrested a Monbulk man last week after a $100,000 excavator was stolen from Hallam.
The earth-moving vehicle was stolen from a work site on Hallam South Road on 6 May.
A 49-year-old man has been charged with one count of theft. He has been bailed to appear before the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 27 September.
