For just over 10 years, the nimble fingered members of Berwick Chat & Yarn Group have created numerous works for good causes.
As the name suggests, the group led by Anne Williamson is fond of a yarn as well as woollen yarns.
Its knits have helped a multitude of home-grown charities such as Dandenong Hospital Premature Infant Department, foster care groups and Queenscliff Cottages by the Sea.
It is also donating knits to overseas causes.
The group meets Mondays, 10am-noon at 112 High Street, Berwick and Thursdays, 10 am-noon at Timbarra Community Centre.
