Outstanding service recognised

Donaldson Martin Real Estate in Narre Warren has won the 2018 Australian Achiever Award for Australia’s Real Estate Services category.

Now in their 21st year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from companies’ own clients.

The award focuses on seven criteria categories including time related service, addressing clients’ needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception.

The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these.

Anything above 80 percent overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

Donaldson Martin and Co achieved a 100 percent overall score for customer service and relations, topping all of Australian real estate services businesses.

The award proves Donaldson Martin and Co Pty Ltd delivers on the promise of customer satisfaction.

“We highly rate old school values and the importance of looking after our clients,” owner Les Donaldson said.

“We’re a pretty unique little company and at all times we strive to show care and compassion for people and treat them with courtesy and manners.

“Hundreds of agents entered and it was a complete surprise but we are accustomed to having very high marks.”

The company was established by Mr Donaldson in 1977. The family operated business offers many years of real estate experience in residential sales, auctioneering and property management.

Built on traditional family values and community involvement, the business is well known and respected in the community.
