Flasher hunt

POLICE are on the hunt for a man who wilfully and obscenely exposed himself in the car park of Fountain Gate Shopping Centre last month.
A 43-year-old woman from Narre Warren was loading groceries into her vehicle when a man parked his car beside her and began masturbating.
The incident occurred about noon on Tuesday 20 May.
As soon as the woman made eye contact with the man, he drove off.
The man was driving a blue Holden Commodore, and was described as balding and of Caucasian descent.
