Toilet block incident

POLICE are on the hunt for a man who was seen masturbating in a public toilet block in Hallam.
Police said the incident occurred between 3pm and 3.30pm on 18 June.
The incident occurred after another man entered the Princes Highway toilet block.
He told police that as he entered he saw a man leaving the toilet block playing with the fly on his pants.
The victim said he was using the urinal when he realised the same man who left the toilet block was standing behind him.
Police said the offender had his pants down and was masturbating.
He has been described as medium height, stocky build with an Indian appearance.
