POLICE are calling for witnesses after an 18-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach while at a party in Hallam last weekend.
Detective Senior Constable Adam Ferguson said the incident took place at the Hallam Recreation Reserve Hall, along Frawley Road, at about 1.50am last Sunday. More than 150 youths, who police say were of African appearance, were having a private function in the hall to celebrate a local sporting club’s premiership.
