BUDDING actors from Masquerade Performing Arts are rehearsing for their upcoming production of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Junior.
The play will be held at the Cranbourne Community Theatre on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 October, with shows at 2pm and 7pm.
More than 65 performing arts students, aged three to 17 years, have been practising their parts, singing and dancing during the weekly classes held in Berwick.
To celebrate the opening night, the theatre company is holding a mad hatters tea party to raise funds for Deaf Children Australia.
Coffee, tea and cakes will be available for guests, with $5 from every ticket sold being donated to the organisation.
Tickets for the opening night charity performance cost $20 per person and the other shows cost $15 per person.
Payment can be made by credit card or cheque.
