POLICE have charged three people with heroin trafficking after a house raid in Lysterfield South on Tuesday.
A three month investigation into the group resulted in the arrest of four people in Rowville, Belgrave, Ferntree Gully and Scoresby.
Police said a search warrant was executed on the Lysterfield South property.
Croydon Divisional Tasking Unit police arrested a 47-year-old Lysterfield South woman behind a business in Wellington Road, Rowville.
Heroin and cash were seized during the arrest, police said.
Police have charged a 32-year-old Ferntree Gully man, a 49-year-old Belgrave man and the Lysterfield South woman with various drug offences.
All three were due to face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
A 22-year-old man was questioned but released pending more police inquiries.
