Chinese writer at library

ACCLAIMED writer Li Cunxin will make a special appearance at the Endeavour Hills Library as part of the Melbourne Writers’ Festival.
Be inspired by Li Cunxin as he shares his experiences while growing up in a poor remote commune village in China, his ballet training and performance years and his transition to western culture.
Li’s book Mao’s Last Dancer took two and a half years to write and has become a huge bestseller in Australia, and is currently on its 14th print run.
Li will discuss his novel on Thursday, 4 August from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Endeavour Hills Library, Raymond McMahon Boulevard, Endeavour Hills.
