POLICE are targeting organised retail theft across Victoria and Crime Stoppers is urging anyone with information on those involved to come forward.
Organised retail theft involves individuals or groups shoplifting large amounts of high-end fashion and luxury products, hardware, electrical goods, cosmetics, stationery and grocery items, to resell them.
