Community Satisfaction Survey now underway

Casey residents can expect to receive a call as part of the latest Community Satisfaction Survey of Councils.

The survey is currently underway and locals will be contacted during this time by an independent market research agency called National Field Services.

The agency will not ask people to provide personal information or banking details as part of the survey, which council is aware has been the case with a number of recent scams.

The survey assesses City of Casey council’s performance across a range of measures and to identify areas of improvement.

The results of all council surveys will be published on the Know Your Council website at knowyourcouncil.vic.gov.au/

Those who have any questions or concerns about the survey have been asked to contact City of Casey council.
