A SECOND earthquake in two weeks has rattled Melbourne.
The quake struck at 4.30pm Wednesday 18 March and lasted between 4-10 seconds. While less severe than the first quake, reports say it reached 4.6 on the richter scale.
Residents from Berwick and Narre Warren said they felt the quake, which was centred near Korumburra and felt as far away as the CBD.
