MARANATHA Christian School is doing all it can to save water.
The school’s campuses in Doveton and Endeavour Hills have each installed two 5000 litre water tanks as a result of a community water grant application of $50,000.
The rainwater harvested and stored in the tanks is being redirected for use in toilets.
The school has been able to save 119,000 litres of water since the tanks were installed in June last year.
Flushed with success
