CLINT Eastwood will be taking centre stage in Narre Warren North this weekend.
The imported stallion from Europe will be on show at the Balmoral Equestrian Centre’s indoor arena on Saturday 18 July from 6pm onwards.
Director Julia Battams said staff at the centre were in the final preparation stage for the annual event.
“This year marks our 20th anniversary so it will be a big show,” she said.
Guests at the free stallion show, which is open to the community, will be treated to ridden presentations of Clint Eastwood and three other imported stallions.
Ms Battams will also be doing a freestyle routine on the night.
“It’s the same as what ice dance is to ice skating,” she said.
“It will show an artistic harmony between the horse and rider.”
Ms Battams is hoping to attract more than 250 people.
Clint Eastwood, known as Clint to all at the equestrian centre, is a licensed Oldenburg stallion.
He was placed fifth at the International Stallion Show in the Netherlands in 2006.
The stallion arrived at the Balmoral Equestrian Centre in May last year.
For details call the Balmoral Equestrian Centre, located at 299 Harkaway Road in Narre Warren North, on 9796 9519.
