Kids on tree planting spree

BUDDING gardeners at a Berwick school got their hands dirty as they planted more than 200 trees to mark the school’s first tree planting day.
Berwick Chase Primary School, which opened this year, held the tree planting day with help from staff at Bunnings Warehouse Fountain Gate.
Assistant principal Megan Dell said it was fantastic to see the students working together to beautify the school.
