STUDENTS at a Berwick school wore their favourite denim jeans to school last week as they took part in Jeans for Genes Day.
The students from Prep to Grade six at Brentwood Park Primary School raised $170 on Friday for the Children’s Medical Research Institute.
The Children’s Medical Research Institute is an independent organisation committed to unlocking the mysteries of disease.
The scientists investigate conditions such as birth defects, cancer and epilepsy.
