DETECTIVES are looking for a man believed to be responsible for two indecent assaults in the City of Casey.
The man, described as being of Asian descent and aged between 30 and 35, approached a two-year-old girl who was playing with toys in the Salvation Army store in Narre Warren on Wednesday 19 August.
According to the police, the man attempted to remove her lower clothing but left the Webb Street store when he was disturbed by her 11-year-old sibling.
The incident took place between 11.30am and midday.
Police also believe the same man exposed himself to a 10-year-old boy while in the men’s toilets at Westfield Fountain Gate on Saturday 29 August at 10.28am.
The child left the toilets and alerted his mother, who then contacted security.
Police said the man fled the shopping centre after he was confronted by security in the toilets.
Security footage shows the man leaving in a maroon Toyota Camry.
Anyone with information is urged to call Acting Sergeant Kevin Cooper on 9784 3156.
