THE Retail and Services Directory 2009-2011 was recently released, detailing discounts and other benefits to Victorian seniors.
More than 800,000 Victorians benefit from the Seniors Card, which has discounts and offers from more than 2500 business outlets, free travel vouchers and concessions and cheaper public transport tickets not only in the state but across Australia. Anyone who is 60 years or over, a permanent resident of Victoria and working less than 35 hours a week in paid employment is eligible for a Seniors Card.
