Rewarding multiculture

APPLICATIONS are open for Victoria’s Multicultural Awards for Excellence 2009.
The awards offer an opportunity for Casey residents to honour individuals and organisations whose commitment to their chosen area and multicultural diversity has led to a positive impact in the local community.
There are ten categories of awards including meritorious service to the community, service delivery to multicultural Victoria, local government award, business corporate award, media award, education award, police and community multicultural advisory committee, ambassador awards, Premier’s award for community harmony and Victorian refugee recognition record.
Nomination forms are available from www.gordon.richphillips.com.au and entries close at 4pm on 30 September.
