A CRANBOURNE man was clocked by police doing155km/h in a 100km/h zone last Friday night. The P-Plate 1 driver was travelling south on the South Gippsland Highway in Devon Meadows about 7pm.
Casey Traffic Management Unit (TMU) Senior Constable Allen Inderwisch said the man had had his licence for less than a year.
The driver received a $500 fine, had his vehicle impounded for 48 hours and is set to have his licence suspended for 12 months.
