Pinched puppy charges

A 20-year-old Narre Warren woman will face court following the theft of puppies in Ringwood East yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
Police also charged two 17-year-olds, a male and a female from Pakenham, with burglary and theft and going equipped to steal.
