Lynn’s reward

GOING the extra mile with a focus on customer service has led to Lynn Watt winning the St.George 2009 Star of the Year Award.
Ms Watt, a customer service officer at the St.George Bank Fountain Gate branch, was recognised for her exceptional service to customers at the recent awards held in Sydney.
She also scored the St.George Bank CEO Scholarship award.
The 54-year-old, who has been with the bank for more than four years, said she was delighted and honoured to win the award.
The star awards are part of St.George Bank’s national program which rewards employees for providing exceptional service.
St.George regional executive for Melbourne city south Gordon Tansey said Lynn had demonstrated what it took to make a real difference to her customers and colleagues.
“Lynn has shown outstanding enthusiasm, dedication and genuine passion to delight each and every one of her customers in Fountain Gate,” he said.
“She thoroughly deserves these prestigious awards.”
