THE author of one of Australia’s biggest selling cookbooks, Kim McCosker, wowed fans at Westfield Fountain Gate this week with a cooking demonstration.
Promoting her 4 Ingredients cookbook, Ms McCosker called into the centre on Tuesday for a book signing and to demonstrate one of the 4 Ingredients recipes.
Ms McCosker and mother Rachael Bermingham got together over a red wine and decided to write a cookbook to help put quick, easy and delicious meals on the table, which didn’t break the bank.
Forced to self publish and self fund their book after publishers refused to take their call, the pair took 2000 copies of 4 Ingredients to the market.
Two years later, the book has sold 2 million copies.
