CHILDREN from a Narre Warren South childcare centre enjoyed face painting and a visit from Santa last week at the centre’s Christmas party.
More than 100 families turned up to the annual event at the ABC Narre Warren South Central childcare centre on Monday night from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Firefighters from the local brigades also attended the Christmas party, with the children being treated to a jumping castle, pony rides and a barbecue dinner.
Centre director Hana Matthews said staff at the centre wanted to thank the families for their continued support over the past 12 months.
“Our families have been very supportive and stuck by us through everything,” Ms Matthews said.
“They’ve given staff support and it’s because of them that we are still here.”
