A NARRE Warren man was pulled from his car by police and firefighters over the weekend after the vehicle ran off the road and landed in a creek.
Senior Constable Travis Cusack from the Casey Traffic Management Unit said the 30-year-old went off the road, near the intersection of Narre Warren-Cranbourne and Centre roads, and into the drainage creek about 5pm on Sunday 14 February.
Narre Warren Fire Brigade firefighters heard that the car had disappeared under the water and no one had seen the driver come out.
A firefighter and a policeman dragged the man out of the car and made sure he was the only occupant.
The firefighters stayed at the scene to help remove the car from the creek.
The man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
