A MAN died after a head-on crash in Narre Warren North on Friday morning.
Police believe the Holden Commodore sedan was travelling south on Belgrave-Hallam Road when the driver lost control on a bend and collided with an oncoming vehicle about 6.30am.
The driver, who was the only person in the car, died at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 46-year-old woman, was taken to Dandenong Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Belgrave-Hallam Road was closed for several hours while emergency services cleared the scene.
