HILLCREST Christian College’s Creative Arts Centre and Discovery Centre are up and running at the Clyde North school after being officially opened earlier this month.
The school celebrated the opening of its two major building constructions on Wednesday 4 August with a visit from Senator Jacinta Collins.
Students, parents, teachers, those involved in the construction process and local members of government attended the event.
Year 8 student Philip Salama West entertained the guests with a song and played his guitar, while Elizabeth Brew, a year 11 student, sang an original piece while playing the piano.
Guests had a guided tour of both the buildings.
