A recent group scuffle at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre on Sunday 17 November saw a man brandish a knife before fleeing the scene.
The 20-year-old Beaconsfield man was arrested on Monday evening and charged with affray, assault with a weapon, assault in company and possession of a prohibited weapon.
These charges follow an alleged fight between a group of males at around 6pm, with the group fleeing prior to police’s arrival.
No injuries were reported to police, and the suspect will face court at a later date.
