CASEY Central Shopping Centre in Narre Warren hosted a Christmas Choir Competition, where local primary school choirs were invited to participate in the event.
The winner was the Berwick Fields Primary School Choir, who won $1000 in prize money, which will be used to buy a portable sound system and new music for the choir.
Choir director and conductor Helen Ryan said the children sang their Christmas Carols with energy and enthusiasm.
On Thursday 10 December, the Berwick Fields Junior Choir will be performing in High Street, Berwick at 12.00pm, as part of a weeklong entertainment program organised by the Berwick Chamber of Commerce.
