A 46-year-old Cranbourne man was also charged after police found two hydroponic set-ups on the property.
Police also seized three jet skis, a trail bike and a four-wheel drive utility under Proceeds of Crime legislation.
In Hampton Park, police seized a number of plants and dried cannabis and a 32-year-old man was charged with possessing a drug of dependence.
