A DOVETON pharmacist was threatened with a knife during a brazen daylight robbery last week.
A quantity of drugs was stolen during the crime at Linden Pharmacy on Thursday 6 September.
Police said the robber entered the Linden Place store about 4pm and asked the pharmacist for drugs.
After he was denied the man walked to the front door of the chemist and barricaded it shut.
He then produced a knife, pulled a balaclava over his face and restrained the pharmacist.
Demands were then made for the pharmacist to gather up certain drugs.
The man, described as being aged between 25 and 30, about 175cm tall with a medium build, then fled out the back door.
Anyone who may have any information about the crime is asked to contact Frankston Embona Taskforce on 9784 5528.
