Raising a noise for Silent Night

IT WAS anything but a silent night in Endeavour Hills last Sunday when more than 600 people gathered for a Carols by Candlelight performance.
Music, fireworks and classic Christmas tunes were just three of the many highlights throughout the night.
The evening was organised by the South Eastern Christian Centre and several groups from the wider community also took part in the action.
The audience was treated to inspiring performances from the St Paul Apostle Catholic Choir, the South Eastern Christian Centre’s Synergy Youth Band and the International Revival Church Sudanese Choir.
Nine-year-old Jade Caseman also wowed the crowd with her brilliant solo performance.
The Grace Notes Music School member showed poise beyond her young age when she took to the stage to sing.
Event organisers said the quality of singing was excellent with the musicians, singers and technical team working together to produce a high quality event.
