Beer bandit on the run

POLICE are on the hunt for a thief with a taste for beer.
The thirsty culprit targeted four Endeavour Hills homes last week, with beer stolen from each address.
All homes were located in Ravenhill Crescent, with the break-ins taking place between 9pm Thursday 27 July and 6.45am Friday 28 July.
Detective Senior Sergeant Ian Wilcox of Narre Warren CIU said the drinks had been taken from garages and sheds, and police believed the thief lived locally.
He said 18 cans of Victorian Bitter were taken from two homes, eight slabs and soft drink from another, and other alcoholic drinks from the fourth residence.
Anyone with information regarding the thefts can contact Senior Constable Damien Grange of Narre Warren CIU on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
