A BERWICK church is hosting one day in September that local residents are sure to remember.
On Saturday, 30 September, the Salvation Army Church will host a free Grand Final Fever Festival to coincide with the 2006 AFL final clash.
Families have been urged to bring their children along from noon and enjoy a range of free activities.
The match will be shown from 2.30pm on the big screen and there will also be free popcorn, fairy floss and a sausage sizzle.
Face painting, a jumping castle, clowns and other competitions are also expected to add to the fun and church organisers have urged local families to come out and enjoy the day.
The Berwick Salvation Army Church is located at the corner of Parkhill Drive and Ernst Wanke Road, Berwick.
