STUDENTS and staff at Heritage College in Narre Warren South will benefit from a $550,000 grant from the Federal Government.
The money will go towards the construction of a two-storey building which will create four general learning areas.
Additional road works will also be completed with the funding.
The new facilities will help provide students with better learning conditions and a more enjoyable classroom environment.
The money is part of the Federal Government’s Capital Grant program – designed to improve the educational outcomes of children.
In 2007, $113.8 million has already been allocated throughout Australia to capital projects in non-government schools.
