Narre Warren bowls winners

SATURDAY’S mixed social bowls outdoor winners at Narre Warren Bowls Club were K. Harrison, S. Platt, R. Hoare (s). Runners-up were W. Okuniewski, N. Dickie, A. White (s).
Due to the Narre Warren Bowls Club trip to the Casino on Monday 26 March being successful, indoor bowls on the day was cancelled.
However indoor winter bowls will continue to be played on Mondays, 9, 16 and 23 April.
This is before the annual meeting of the winter indoor bowls on Sunday, 29 April followed by social bowls at 1pm.
Regular indoor bowls at 1pm will begin on Tuesdays and Sundays from Tuesday, 1 May. New and advanced bowlers are welcome to take part.
Wednesday’s Mixed Bowls Outdoor winners were L. Metaxas, J. Norman, S. Firmin (s).
Runners-up were G. Lowry, S. Robinson, D. Richardson (s).
Best last-game winners were K. Harrison, J. Naughton, A. White (s).
Friday’s event was cancelled.
