Thieves force lock

THIEVES ransacked a Hallam business last week and stole a variety of goods.
Police said the thieves forced a lock at the Wedgewood Road company between 3pm on 24 August and 9.30am on 27 August.
A modem, fax machine, printer, tools and a power blower were among the items stolen.
Another Hallam business was broken into in the early hours of last Sunday morning.
Thieves cut a hole in the front fence of the National Drive factory and stole a computer and a mechanical winch, valued at a total of $4500.
