THIEVES mounted a rooftop raid on a Narre Warren factory complex last week.
They made off with petty cash after breaking in through the roof of a Deblin Drive factory about 5am on Tuesday, 10 October.
Detective Sergeant Rod Arthur of Narre Warren Criminal Investigation Unit said the thieves attempted to break into adjoining factories but fled after setting off alarms.
Det Sgt Arthur said it was likely the thieves used a ladder and urged anyone who saw a work van or suspicious vehicle in the area to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
