Raiders strike two houses

POLICE believe the same thieves are responsible for burglaries on two Narre Warren houses last week.
Both Princes Highway properties were entered some time between 7.30pm and 11pm on 7 September with shoes, a CD player, cash, jewellery and alcohol among the items stolen.
Meanwhile, a $20,000 motorbike was stolen from a Berwick property last week.
Police said the 2005 silver and black Suzuki road bike was stolen from an unlocked garage between 10.15pm on 4 September and 6.20am the next day.
The occupants of the Brisbane Street house were home at the time of the burglary.
Anyone with information about either crime is asked to contact Narre Warren Police on 9705 3114.
