NARRE Warren Police are continuing their crackdown on anti-social behaviour with operation Casey Visible again proving a success.
Police issued seven penalty notices and two police diversion notices in relation to alcohol offences committed in and around the area’s night hot spots.
Five people were also arrested and charged with various offences including being drunk in a public place, theft of a motor car, burglary and offensive behaviour.
Licensed venues and parties were targeted during the operation with the help of Casey council by-laws officers.
Narre Warren Senior Sergeant Daleen Spicer said Casey Visible would be an ongoing operation and would continue to focus on alcohol fuelled trouble spots.
