Girls fight out final

NARRE South Junior Football Club’s under-18 girls fought hard but went down to a stronger Hallam in third v fourth play-off at the weekend.
The club said it was proud of their efforts in making it to the finals in their first year.
The club was also presented with the best-conducted club award for the Footy Pak Cup competition, this award is a credit to the conduct of the girls and a great reflection on the club.
Emma Hussey was congratulated on her best team player award for Narre South Lions from Football Victoria.
Scores: Narre South Lions 1.2.8 lost to Hallam 10.11.71
