Records galore at little aths

NARRE Warren little athletes competed in their second program of the season on Saturday morning at the Dandenong centre in mild conditions with plenty of enthusiasm.
Under-13 girl, Stefanie Fenton was again in top form with another record-breaking throw. This week she broke an eight-year standing club record in the discus by 7.77 metres with a throw of 29.4 metres.
The club reminds all parents that they must sign on for duty as early as possible this Saturday to ensure that the program can start on time at 8.30am.
The club also would like to remind Narre Warren families that it is the club’s fundraising week and ask for their support and assistance on Saturday morning.
Training is every Thursday evening starting at 5pm until 6.15pm at Max Pawsey Reserve, Fountain Drive, Narre Warren.
A qualified coaching panel will be on hand to assist the children in all aspects of the events that are part of little athletics.
