Summer welcomed with a walk on the wild side

THE latest summer clothing trends were launched at a glitzy fashion parade at Westfield Fountain Gate last week.
Glamorous models, trendy threads and loud music greeted the large crowd who gathered to watch the models strut their stuff on the catwalk.
As well as getting a glimpse of what’s hot for the upcoming warmer months, the audience was able to take advantage of an array of special offers from many of the shops.
The Fountain Gate complex will again take centre stage tonight (Thursday) with an informative Style Sessions event.
Melbourne-based stylist and fashion expert Lucy Kirrally will take the audience through the newest trends for the season and demonstrate how people of all ages and sizes can keep up with the latest looks.
She will also highlight the major themes of each month, including a spring racing special and reveal tips on incorporating clothes from winter to spring and spring to summer.
The event will kick off at 6pm at Bar Bosh at Westfield Fountain Gate. The cost is $20 per person.
More Style Sessions will take place on Thursday, 8 November and Thursday, 6 December.
