NARRE Warren Tasking Unit members have arrested a Dandenong teenager after a string of car thefts in the area.
Police arrested the 17-year-old youth last Sunday as part of Operation Sunrise investigations.
He has been charged with six counts of theft of a motor car, eight counts of unlicensed driving and six counts of possessing an article for theft. He is set to appear before the Dandenong Children’s Court on 11 May.
