Tuesday’s 1 May Winter Indoor Bowls winners were W. Haringsma, P. Yates, I. Adcock (s).
Thursday’s first round of Indoor Bowls Pennant with two sides in divisions one and two playing at home against the Springers Club saw division one lose narrowly to Springers (1) 22 to 26 and division two lose to Springers (2) 24-33.
Sunday’s winners were G. Haringsma, B. Brewster, E. Arnott (s).
The next Sunday being Mother’s Day Indoor Bowls was cancelled.
Tuesday, 8 May winners were B. Gordon, N. Dickie, J. Morrow (s).
Thursday’s second round of the Pennant saw Division (1) travel to Bentleigh. Although Narre Warren won most of the ends throughout the match, several penalties saw the match slip away to the opposition.
Division (2) travelled to Noble Park to engage in a keenly fought match, securing the points by the margin of just two shots.
The next interclub meeting is scheduled for 7pm on Saturday, 2 June.
