POLICE have warned builders after more than $10,000 of power tools was stolen from a construction site in Berwick last week.
Nail guns, electric sanders and other items were taken from the Dempster Way house sometime between 5pm on 30 May and 7.30am the following day.
Detective Senior Constable Brian Whitehead said the building, which was under construction, was at lock up stage at the time of the theft.
Det Sen Const Whitehead said tradesmen ran the risk of having their tools stolen if they left property on site.
