Probus has a new president

A NEW president was inducted at the May meeting of the Combined Probus Club of Narre Warren.
Pauline Johnson had expected to be the club vice-president but because of the surprise resignation of the president, Jim Carson, she stepped into the main role.
The Narre Warren Probus Club welcomes retired and semi-retired men and women into its membership.
It meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10.30am at the Berwick Springs Hotel, with a short business session followed by morning tea and a guest speaker.
The club arranges many outings and activities for its 86 members with regular dine-outs, theatre visits, day trips and group activities.
The aims of the club are to provide members with an opportunity to expand their interests and enjoy the fellowship of new friends.
