Resident shocked by robbery

A DOVETON resident returned from a funeral last week to discover the home had been burgled.
Stolen from the Fugosia Street home was a video game unit, two controllers, and 11 video games worth a total of $2000.
Police said thieves entered the home between 11.30am and 9.30pm last Monday 3 July after cutting a fly wire screen and reaching through to open a door.
Police said thieves had either climbed over a rear fence or side gate to enter the back yard.
Anyone with any information have been asked to call Narre Warren CIU on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
